Achievements

I began my journey in national youth selection teams at the age of 11 and am currently a part of the U18 national team, proudly representing my country in international competitions against strong opponents. In the year when the regional team existed, I was a part of it, achieving a 2nd place at the national level. Additionally, I was part of the “Promesas Chile” (Chilean promises) until I was too old for it, which selected the best hockey players from my region. Since an early age, I have received awards as the best player in my clubs and for my commitment.

Beyond my passion for hockey, my love for chess has fortified my strategic thinking and provided valuable insights that have contributed to my success on the field. My chess accomplishments include achieving the title of “Provincial Runner-Up” at the age of 13, “Regional Runner-Up” at 14, and competing in the “South American Chess Championship” at the young age of 11.

On the academic front, I have consistently maintained a high level of academic excellence in a demanding bilingual English school, earning recognition and awards for my outstanding grades like the ”The excellence Award". I have been honored as the “Best Athlete of the Year” twice at my school, in addition to receiving the Annual “Hockey Award”.

Personal Statement

My journey in hockey began at the age of 4 and has taken me through three clubs with outstanding coaches. My skill in passing and my game vision distinguish me as a player, and my motivation drives me towards constant improvement. I value the significance of teamwork, on-field connection, and communication with my teammates, as well as listening to and understanding the coaches' guidance.
My achievements are a testament to my dedication, determination, and constant pursuit of excellence, both in sports and academics.
I am committed to continue growing and surpassing my limits in the world of hockey.
